Very good location in the historic area of Istanbul, very close to Blue Mosk, Agia Sofia and Topkapi Palace. The staff was friendly and helpful. The furniture and everything else in the hotel is of a very good quality. You can also have a sea view (even that is not the best one).
The room was very small (which is understandable for a hotel in the old part of every city) and was not cleaned up by personnel for 3 days. Actually they didn’t entered at all in the room which means no towels or sheets changed. The breakfast was rather poor for a “Palace” and it was exactly the same every morning.

Magnaura Palace is in a great location and has small, but comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are new, and our room had only a stand-up shower (no bathtub), which lent itself to the The staff are helpful and friendly, and we particularly appreciated Mahmer’s extra efforts to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival, he gave us a quick tour up to the terrace (beautiful view!), and explained a little about the local history. He also showed us the exposed tunnel in the basement where you can see part of the historic Magnaura Palace (currently closed to the public). The breakfast is included, and while the coffee was generally terrible, there was fresh bread, scrambled and boiled eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt, and various other delights (i.e., olives, preserves, cake, etc.).
Magnaura Palace is still undergoing construction, so getting in a quick afternoon nap can be a challenge. The hammering and drilling continued throughout the day and into the evening during our stay. The linens in the rooms also provide a challenge, as they produce copious amounts of lint. Bring a lint brush, and remember to avoid sitting on the bed while wearing anything black.

I can recommend the hotel. 1. Great location! Two minutes to Blue mosque. Lots of restaurants around. 2. Comfortable room! We had a room with 2 windows, with sea view and french balcony. 3. Helpful and frendly sfuff. 4. Nice breakfast.
The hotel is just opened whats why terrace on the roof is under the reconstruction. Sure in short time it will be nice restaurant with good view.

It’s a new hotel with an excellent location. The room was ok with some basic services (related to the category and price). The staff was professional, kind and available to help in case of problems. We didn’t see the restaurant and the terrace.
Breakfast could be better.

New hotel so every thing was new, staff are excel and cheerfull, very good roof sea over look, walking distant to all sultanahmet attractions points and tram station , I recomend to stay,
No wast basket in room, no tessue box, the lift was out of order for one day, I think lower floors wifi signal is week

The location was awesome and the staff, especially the manager, was great. I will definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking to spend some time close to Istanbul attractions such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc.

идеальное месторасположение, дружелюбный персонал на ресепшн, хорошие завтраки, отель совсем новый, соответственно все – мебель, сантехника – все новьё. терасса на крыше еще не доделана, но уже стоят столики и можно любоваться мраморным морем.

Dieses neue Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, da die Lage einfach einmalig ist, weil fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Das Hotelpersonal verkörpert nicht nur die türkische Gastfreundschaft, sondern ist auch fachlich kompetent und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Hotelzimmer verfügen über jeden Komfort und sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.
